Fill out an Intake
Click the link below to fill out the counseling request form. When we receive your submission, we will reach out within 1-2 business days to communicate next steps. If you submit a form on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, we will reach out within the next few business days.
Call us
To schedule an appointment for discipleship counseling, call our office. Our front office director will answer any questions you may have, take down a little information from you and locate an available appointment time that will work for you. If you reach our voice-mail, leave a message telling us your name and a phone number where you can be reached. We will call you back in a timely manner. Messages left on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be returned on the following Monday.
