Basic Function:

This person serves as an assistant to the President and Director of Education. They will perform various administrative duties as well as a variety of word processing projects.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  1. General administrative duties
  2. Manage calendars and schedules
  3. Help organize dinners and banquets, prayer and support teams
  4. Conduct research into various topics as directed
  5. Compile monthly support reports and presentations
  6. Oversee Donor Care Plan
  7. Post events to website and social media
  8. Schedule and train volunteers
  9. Arrange for refreshments and room set up for training
  10. Input information into database
  11. Coordination conference speakers and travel
  12. Process applications for training programs
  13. Compile educational materials and notebooks
  14. Other duties as assigned

Desired Qualifications:  Candidate must be able to work independently and demonstrate superior organizational skills. Candidate must be highly proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher. Grace Ministries International uses Google’s G Suite products and candidate must be proficient in using Google Mail and Calendar.

Candidate must possess good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills as well as, good time management, goal setting, and follow through skills. This position requires 32 hours per week with some scheduling flexibility. Hourly wage $14.50.
